FCRR Review of Reading Advantage

In its recent review of Great Source Reading Advantage®, the Florida Center for Reading Research (FCRR) concluded that “Reading Advantage is a highly engaging reading program for adolescents who struggle with reading… [and] that there is an initial level of research on the use of Reading Advantage to increase student reading performance on measures of student engagement and comprehension.”

The highly-regarded FCRR conducts reading research, helps educators use reading research to achieve higher levels of reading proficiency, and prepares FCRR Reports on reading programs to help teachers, principals, and districts choose effective materials. The Reports describe reading programs and evaluate how well programs align with scientifically-based reading research.
